OFFICE FIT-OUTS

Whether it’s a new office that needs a fit out or an existing office requiring an update, CMR Prestige Developments is South East Queensland’s one stop fit-out shop. We raise floors, add walls and customise your interiors and take care of all of the trades work including air conditioning installation, electrical, plumbing, plastering and painting.

We work on the basis that every project is unique, so you won’t find any preconceived designs or standard layouts – once we know what you want to achieve, our team of experts will show you plans to create stylish and functional workspaces for your office and we’ll give you a fixed price quote to go along with it.

Once you’ve approved the plan, we’ll appoint your dedicated project manager and schedule your job so we can meet your deadline.
